We have relied on positive word-of-mouth referrals from our patients to their friends, families and physicians.  

Coverage for therapy services varies widely by insurance plan.  Most employer-based plans use third-party utilization review to determine how many visits will be authorized based upon your condition.

Motion Physical Therapy is in network with most major plans and we will do a courtesy check of your benefits in advance of your initial appointment.

Motion Physical Therapy will collect copayments (the amount your insurance company/plan dictates you are required to pay) at the time of service.

If you have a co-insurance due (the amount you pay after your insurance pays their portion), you will be billed after your claims process through insurance.

Motion Physical Therapy is happy to offer cash-based services.  Please call us to discuss this option.

Many insurance companies allow direct access to PT services without a prescription, meaning you can call and get scheduled immediately.

Medicare and some other companies require a referral from your doctor. 

Your doctor or clinic may direct you toward PT services affiliated with their practice without informing you of other options. Federal law allows you to choose your therapy provider.
